About Us

Holy Family College Oku-Abak, Abak L.G.A of Akwa Ibom State was established in 1942 by Bishop James Moynagh SPS, then Catholic Bishop of Calabar Diocese as the pioneer secondary school on Annang Soil. The establishment of HOFACO was an answer to the prayers and yearning for western education considered as a sure path for a secured and better future for the boy child. For more than 75 years of impactful existence, HOFACO has remained one of the few secondary schools to be reckoned with as far as academic excellence, moral uprightness, discipline and Godliness is concerned.
